Sometimes it looks like resting.
Sometimes it looks like saying no.
Sometimes it looks like stepping away
from what drains you.
Not every act of care is visible.
Some of the most important moments
happen quietly—in the decisions you make
to protect your peace.
In your daily moments, care is choosing to listen to yourself.
To slow down when you need to.
To stop treating rest like something you have to earn.
You are allowed to care for yourself
without guilt.
Because peace grows
in the moments you choose yourself too 💚

Day 5 - Compassion for Yourself 💚
You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of peace. There will be days when you feel off, unmotivated, or unsure of yourself. Days when things don’t go as planned and your thoughts feel heavier than usual. In those moments, you don’t need pressure.
